No! Ohio is Ours!

A Kerry campaign spokesperson just released a statement saying that they disagree with the call of Ohio for Bush by Fox News, and they believe that when the rest of the votes are counted, they'll be the victor. They would need to carry a large majority of the uncounted votes to come out ahead, but I guess anything is possible. The question is: when (or will) John Kerry concede the election? I don't have a heck of a lot of respect for the Senator, but if it's obvious he's lost, he can get back a little of that respect by conceding graciously. I would expect the same from the President. If 100% of the count is finished, and the margin is outside the automatic recount number, I think he should do what's good for the country and call to congratulate the President.
